almost had a good experience, but breakfast was simply terrible, with inedible bacon and raw omelette. the pool area looked like it was made in the 80s, no one bothered to fix it. I expected a complimentary gift for putting up with this, but I guess special treatment is reserved for someone else altogether.

The game drives were thrilling, showcasing the Big Five and more in a stunning landscape. The lobby's open view offered beautiful wildlife sightings right at the waterhole. the comfortable rooms provided a restful space after our adventurous days.

The deluxe king room was luxurious with a comfy bed and a nice balcony. It had everything—air conditioning, a coffee machine, and free toiletries. Food options were fantastic, especially the buffet. Close to the game reserve, we saw lots of wildlife on the drives. Spa facilities offering massages looked great, too.

The wildlife tour was memorable, though our TV occasionally malfunctioned.
